This ukay-ukay store can be put on Guiness Record as the first Ukay2/Surplus/Flea store in the world! For what? For its location! Its inside a theater haha, ayos di ba? Kinda unique in style and concept. Aksidente ko lang siyang na-discover while I’m window shopping inside a mall. At first yung tarpaulin advertisement lang nakita ko, then I went to the said place. Tumambad sa akin yung entrance nung sinehan. The usual look ng sinehan yung me left and right entrance, minus lang yung ticket girl.
Lots of stuff toys ang andun, big and small which cost from 3 for 100 to 1200 sa biggest size. Akala ko yun na mismo yung store, hindi ko naman kase inisip na maglalagay sila sa loob mismo. Not until an ukay clerk invited me to come in “Pasok ka kuya, marami pa sa loob”.
A bit surprise to her invitation, nagsimula akong pumasok, and to my amazement! Hataw! Yung buong orchestra is full of ukay-ukay stuffs! Sandamakmak na damit, pantalon, bags, jackets atbp ang nasa loob. Siempre nagsimula na akong maghalukay hehe. At eto pa nakakatuwa, ng may mapili akong maong pants, tinanong ko kung saan ang fitting room. Tinuro ako sa comfort room, which is okay naman kase super linis at tuyo. Bongga di ba?
The said ukay2 store is located at the old building of Sta Lucia East Grand Mall in Pasig.

di ko rin alam bro. pero just in case ginabi ka, subukan mong i-explore yung sinasabi nilang night market sa may palengke, super bagsak presyo daw talaga dun. nasa kalsada lang sila at walang pwesto. gudlak and happy trip na lang bro.

ok thank you. Mahirap sa gabi ngayon sa Baguio lalo na sa Session Road, marami ng insidente ng basta ka pagtitripan na bugbugin. Wag lang siguro pagagabi masyado sa daan.

@Coco – coming from Cubao, its at the corner of Marcos Highway going to Masinag, Antipolo. BTW baka sa Cubao pa lang hindi ka na makaalis sa dami ng Ukay2 shops there too, hehe!

hahaha… yes, been here more than ummn oohh… i lost track, everytime we go to sta lucia for bowling or just plain window shopping… i always drop by to this gigantic ukay place where heavenly treasures are singing like angels.. kakawala ng stress!

hi! I’m just walking distance sa Sta. Lucia Mall and I’m wondering kung saan banda sa old building nila itong ukay ukay? Before I embark on my ukay adventure to Cubao gusto ko muna ma try dito. As in seryoso sa loob ng old movie theater nila? saan banda doon? heheheh thanks!
