I decided to look at one of my favorite ukay-ukay shop in Fairview, Quezon City. Its the one before McDonalds Fairview.

I remember kase those ukay shops in Baguio City has lots gloves. Kahon-kahon nga yung gloves dun eh. Yun nga lang kadalasan you’re gonna have a hard time finding pairs.

Unfortunately the shop I’ve visited don’t sell gloves on their store. Since andun na rin lang. I roamed around and see if there’s anything that’s worth buying. Hey my bag have signs of worn-out stitches, and I need replacement ASAP. So yun na lang ang hinanap ko. BTW yung sira kong bag is galing ukay din pala hehe. Pero 2 years na rin siya sa akin, bago siya bumigay.

Then this black bag captured my attention. The design is simple yet toughlooking and techie. A lot of my gadgets and an ASUS Eee PC 1000HD 10-Inch Netbook would surely fit-in. Kaso yung laptop wala pa akong pambili lol.

Tapos yun, I’ve checked the brand name “Tank Bag by Mandarina Duck – Made in Italy”. Yes astig! Sikat ba yun? Siempre deadma lang ako at hindi ko na pinansin. Never heard of it kase, I told myself. Basta type ko siya kaya ko siya binili.

BTW I got it for only $4! I think it’s never been used, old stock only. What surprised me is when I searched the internet for Mandarina Duck bags. I found out the company has been around since 1977 and it has a lot of other leather items that was famous all over, specially in Europe. And a seller on Ebay was selling the exact model I bought worth 10 times more. It was really a good buy for me haha!
