With a P500 budget on my pocket, I was eyeing for a Class-A VANS rubber shoes at the nearby Tiangge in our place. It just so happen that I prefer to visit an Ukay-Ukay store first, baka sakaling makatyempo ng maayos-ayos pa at murang rubber shoes.

Andami kong nakita dun sa pinuntahan ko. Different imported brands of rubber shoes (Nike, Adidas, Puma, K-Swiss etc,) and this black old school style got my attention. I didn’t recognize it first kung anong tatak nya until I got it on my hand. Walandyo jackpot! Its an Umbro Icon, leather siya tapos with three velcro straps! Astig! Hindi siya laspag at walang sira, whatsoever! Tapos sakto pa sa size ng paa ko hehe! And to top it all, the price is P780 only, eh kaso P500 nga lang budget ko di ba? Then laking gulat ko ng sabihin na naka-promo pala sila at the price of the Umbro is sliced to just P500! Mantakin mo nga naman pag suswertehin noh! hehe.
